Celeste Vincent, wife, and mother is happy with her life. She is certain of her husband, Jeff's love and although he

is close to his best friend, Clint, it never crosses her mind to be jealous of their friendship, until the day she arrives

home early from a business trip.

Ms. LaBlaque has done it again. She takes you through the gamut of emotions--sexuality, infidelity, trust and death.

How much can a woman take? This is a must read. I can't wait to read the next installment, In Pursuit of Passion.

                                                                                             A Knight's Illusions

Lissette Adam is a true woman of faith, who waited for love before giving away her precious gift--her virginity. Tyson was her first love, and deep in her heart there was no one to replace him, but she moves on after his marriage. Dr. Conover enters her life, and he is truly a knight's illusion. On the surface, he appears to have it together: rich parents, a harder worker trying to make it on his own merits. The fact that he has a woman on the side to take care of his physical needs while romancing Lissette angers me. He wants his cake and eat it too.

But for him to try to force hismself on Lisette was a low blow. Why is it when men can't get their way they use force. Lissette fought back, and she WILL not be a statistic. In the end, William pays for his mistakes.

A Knight's Illusion is well written and takes us through the gamut of emotions. Each scene is eloquently written ans I was sorry to see it end.

Well done, Melissa!!!

 A Simple Song

A Simple Song takes you on a journey as a woman deals with a cheating husband. She gives him a second or is it the third chance. When deep inside she hasn’t dealt with the hurt, and a song brings back the memories, and will not allow her to forget. This is an emotional roller coaster tale that leaves you wanting more.

Appropriately title and a nice touch using the music. Once again, Ms. Blount weaves a hidden message about love, infidelity, and trust. This is a must read and I look forward to her next book.

How would you handle the aging process? Dainty Lee Montgomery is having a hard time dealing with the changes in her body—getting old. But with the support of her husband, Robert, and her coworkers, she will stop the tears, take a hard look at herself, and deal with the changes.

Ms. Blount weaves an inspiring story; every woman will one day have to face in this lifetime. The aging process will visit each of us, and how we handle these changes—physically and mentally are a part of life. This story touched my heart, because I just celebrated that big 50th birthday this year. All of the emotions Dainty Lee felt, I experienced myself.

“Embracing Womanhood” was well written and descriptive. Robert was a phenomenal man, and he truly loved and supported his wife. The message is there—count your blessings, enjoy life, change the things you can, and accept the changes that can’t be change!

Well done Ms. Blount. This is a must read!!!

Do onto others as you would have others do onto you. Byata Simpson is a materialistic kind of woman. She uses men as “boy toys” for what they can give her, but when she is given a taste of her own medicine. She will find out, “you can’t treat people like shit!”

"Karma," is a hip, fast pace read that kept me wanting more. Her characters are fascinating, and there's always a hidden message within Ms. Blount's stories. Once again she amazes me with her writing style, and I eagerly awaits her next e-book.
